IQF Spiral freezer is a professional equipment that achieves food freezing through rapid circulation of low-temperature air, and adopts a compact spiral structure design to significantly reduce the footprint. This device is suitable for processing small or granular foods such as dumplings, seafood, ice cream, etc. It improves freezing efficiency and reduces material drying losses through a patented air supply system and circular air guide channels.

The double helix model performs outstandingly in terms of freezing capacity (up to 1500kg/h) and assembly line adaptability, and can customize production capacity according to demand. It has become the mainstream choice for large volume frozen products such as meat and dairy products
The low-temperature air generated by the evaporator circulates in the air duct, combined with a variable frequency driven mesh belt conveyor system, allowing food to quickly pass through the ice crystal generation belt in a -36 ℃ environment, achieving efficient transition of core temperature from 25 ℃ to -18 ℃.
The installation site of the spiral quick freezing machine needs to meet a height of 6m and reserve a 1.5m maintenance channel around it. Ice cream and other high sugar products need to be pre treated with antifreeze, and it is recommended that the temperature of the pre-treatment center be ≤ 25 ℃ for meat quick freezing

3. The temperature control module is equipped with multiple temperature sensors to maintain the temperature fluctuation inside the warehouse within ± 2 ℃
