Vegetable Belt Drying Project

Two belt drying lines were implemented in India and configured to handle a diverse range of vegetables(like onion, potato and carrot), with a particular emphasis on achieving high quality standards. Given the client's exacting demands, special attention was paid to the drying temperatures during the trial production phase.
During the initial trial production, the drying temperatures were deliberately lowered to ensure that the products met the client's rigorous quality standards. As a result, the production lines were able to achieve a steady output of 3 tons per hour (T/H) while maintaining exceptional product quality.
For more robust vegetables like potatoes and carrots, the processing temperatures were later adjusted upwards. This adjustment allowed the production lines to increase their capacity to 5 T/H, demonstrating the flexibility and adaptability of the system to handle different types of raw materials and meet varying production demands.
