The GFD-200 vacuum freeze dryer was adopted for fruits processing, mainly the strawberry and cherry. The production started from 2017, and the machine is still with perfect situation till now.
The GFD-200 model vacuum freeze dryer can handle approximately 2200-2500 kg per batch of fresh fruits. The equipment can be adapted to process other fruits and vegetables, offering flexibility and scalability for future expansion.
