Features: Liquid nitrogen tunnel: extremely low temperature (up to -196 ° C), extremely fast freezer speed. It can instantly lock in the juice and sweetness of cherries (retaining over 90% of the juice), making it particularly suitable for cherry processing that requires extremely high quality. Mechanical tunnel: relatively low cost, suitable for large-scale continuous production.
