The project includes the 1T/h IQF freezing line and the GFD-200 model vacuum freeze dryer.
The IQF freezing line operates continuously for 24 hours a day, maximizing production capacity. It features an automatic air defrosting system that prevents ice build-up, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operation. This system is crucial for maintaining the consistency and quality of the frozen strawberries before they are processed in the freeze dryer.
The GFD-200 model vacuum freeze dryer boasts a remarkable freeze-drying capacity of approximately 2500kg per batch input. With a batch time of within 25 hours for whole-size strawberries, this machine efficiently transforms fresh strawberries into lightweight, crispy, and nutrient-rich freeze-dried snacks.
