Working environment of drying equipment
The normal operation and service life of drying equipment (such as industrial ovens, belt dryers, drying rooms, etc.) are closely related to the working environment. Based on the technical specifications of various equipment, the specific requirements for the working environment of drying equipment mainly include the following aspects: 1 Temperature and humidity conditions Environmental temperature: Most drying equipment is suitable for operating in an environment of 5 ℃ to 40 ℃ (some industrial ovens can tolerate environments as low as -10 ℃). If the temperature in the workshop is too low (such as below 10 ℃), it will increase the heat load on the drying room, resulting in slow heating. Relative humidity: The relative humidity of the environment is usually required to be ≤ 85%. At lower temperatures (such as 20 ℃), the relative humidity can be relaxed to 90%; But when the ambient temperature reaches 40 ℃, the relative humidity should be controlled below 50%. Excessive environmental humidity (such as>70%) will significantly increase the equipment's dehumidification pressure and reduce drying efficiency. Environmental pressure: The suitable atmospheric pressure range is generally between 86kpa and 106kpa3. two Space and site requirements: Ground load-bearing and flatness: Equipment must be installed on a flat and sturdy ground. For heavy equipment, the ground's load-bearing capacity is usually required to be no less than 800KG/square meter to ensure stable operation of the equipment. Ventilation and maintenance space: Equipment should be placed in a well ventilated area, with appropriate usage and maintenance space left around for heat dissipation and daily maintenance. three Safety and cleanliness requirements: Avoid hazardous sources: The working environment must be free of flammable, explosive, and corrosive gases or substances, and should be kept away from potential sources of open flames. Dust and interference prevention: Strong dust, dirt, and strong electromagnetic field equipment should be avoided in the environment. Excessive dust can easily block air ducts and heat exchangers, while strong electromagnetic fields or vibrations may interfere with the electrical control system of equipment. four The power supply for power and electrical matching work must meet the requirements of the equipment nameplate (commonly three-phase four wire AC 380V/50Hz), and must be equipped with corresponding capacity air switches and reliable protective grounding wires (grounding resistance is usually required to be less than 4 ohms) to ensure electrical safety。
