Spiral quick freezing machines can be divided into two types according to their structural form in the quick freezing industry: single spiral quick freezing machines and double spiral quick freezing machines. The working principle is to place the frozen food tray on the horizontal conveyor chain of the spiral freezer. The frozen food tray enters the lifting track of the freezer chamber with the conveyor chain. As it rises to the bridge position, the pusher pushes the frozen food tray on the lifting track to the descending track. Then, the frozen food tray runs along the descending track to the horizontal conveyor chain, and the conveyor chain sends the frozen food tray out of the freezer chamber. When the food is transported with the frozen food tray in the quick freezing chamber through the above process, the strong cold air generated by the refrigeration system forms a stable horizontal circular low-temperature airflow under the action of the fan and guide plate, and exchanges heat with the vertically moving frozen food. The frozen food achieves rapid cooling and freezing, completing the freezing process. The operation process of the spiral freezer is completed under the "command" of the "brain" of the freezer - the programmable logic controller (PLC), and human-computer interaction is achieved through the LCD touch screen. The main interface of the touch screen of the spiral freezer is equipped with operation interfaces such as "automatic", "quick freezing time adjustment", "manual", "alarm", "status", "defrosting", etc. The interface where the system enters automatic operation mode upon startup, and work instructions are issued by the "start" and "stop" buttons on the touch screen.
