Weighing packaging is generally the last process of product processing, weighing and packaging are independent and inseparable.<br> Weighing and packing plays an important role in ensuring the accuracy of product weight. With the improvement of precision requirements and the increase of labor costs, automatic weighing equipment has gradually become the best choice to replace manual weighing.<br> Weighing and distributing machine is widely used for quantitative weighing of various materials.

The processing object of the weighing and distributing machine is solid material, which can be divided into: powder, small particle, large particle, strip, sheet, round and irregular shape according to the shape and size.

The difference in shape size will change the feeding method, there are generally three feeding methods:

1. The most commonly used type Z elevator is suitable for most materials, and the vertical lifting mechanism can effectively reduce the floor area.

2. Large Angle elevator, suitable for the production of large output products.

3. Vacuum feeder, suitable for powder and small granular materials, high lifting height.
