Green bean IQF quick freezing equipment

The core of IQF quick freezing for green beans is to achieve individual quick freezing, allowing each green bean to be frozen independently without sticking into chunks. The most mainstream and effective equipment for granular fruits and vegetables such as green beans is fluidized freezing machine. Simply put, its working principle is as follows: green beans enter the freezer through a conveyor belt, and a strong cold air flow of around minus 35 ℃ will be blown out from the bottom of the machine. This airflow will make the green beans "suspend" like rolling in boiling water. Combined with the pulse vibration of the mesh belt, each green bean can be uniformly cooled, and the center temperature quickly drops to minus 18 ℃ within a few minutes, achieving true non adhesive monomer freezing. A complete green bean IQF quick freezing production line usually includes the following steps: pre-treatment equipment: including bubble cleaning machine (cleaning and removing impurities), blanching and killing machine (color protection, enzyme inactivation, improving quick freezing quality), cooling machine (room temperature water+ice water gradually cooling), and vibration draining/drying machine (removing surface moisture to prevent adhesion during freezing). Core quick freezing equipment: fluidized freezing machine. This is the heart of the production line, determining the quick freezing effect and production capacity. There are currently multiple mature brands on the market, such as Shandong Dingtai Sheng, Huihai Machinery, Rongcheng Refrigeration, etc., all of which can provide equipment solutions ranging from several hundred kilograms to several tons per hour. Post processing and packaging: Quick frozen green beans can be directly packaged and stored in a cold storage.
