Fluidized bed IQF quick freezing machine
Fluidized bed IQF freezer (suitable for small fish chunks, shrimp, shellfish) If your product is diced fish meat, fish balls, or small shrimp, fluidized bed is a better choice. Working principle: High speed cold air blows upwards from the bottom of the mesh belt, causing the product to "suspend" and roll in the airflow, moving forward like a fluid. Each product is independently frozen and will never stick together. Applicable fish products: diced fish meat/chunks: fish meat pellets used for hot pot and fast food ingredients. Fish balls/fish paste products: need to maintain a rounded shape. Small sized shrimp: such as green shrimp and red shrimp. Key parameter: Bed depth: usually controlled at 3-5 centimeters, too deep can affect fluidization effect. Wind speed: It needs to be accurately adjusted according to the weight of the product. If it is too heavy, it cannot be blown up, and if it is too light, it will be blown away. Two stage design: rapid surface freezing (shaping) followed by deep freezing (freezing through), which can effectively prevent surface dehydration.
